Chinese New Year celebrations in Sydney's Chinatown. While I was editing the photos one of my colleagues in Beijing popped up on instant messenger - I had forgot that it's a working day in China today. Anyway, he filled me in on some of what was going on - the big thing I didn't release was that this is a lion, not a dragon. (There were dragons, but I didn't get a good photo of a dragon.)
