hospital

I spent the better part of last week with Amy in hospital. The doctors thought she might have meningitis - turns out she didn't but had complications from the lumbar puncture. I now know more about post lumbar puncture headaches and cerebrospinal fluid than I ever wanted to know. Amy's doing much better now and should return to work tomorrow. I'm very fortunate to work in an environment where getting time off to be with my wife in hospital was not only easy, but expected. Now, life starts to return to normal

I am a very lucky woman to have such a wonderful and supportive husband.

Good work environment, and the most solid of friendship with each other. Precious things. You're both very lucky.

Live long and prosper. Nanoo-nanoo.
